Joshy takes the world as it is. He doesn't like pretend unless its on his terms and he likes real answers that make sense. He likes to know why and there is no way you can fob him off with a passive answer. But whatever you tell him he will use and apply it to his own life. He is the perfect example of kindness and loveliness and I wish I could be more like him.
Joshua knows that making people laugh makes them feel happier. He enjoys attention but not to the point of taking another lime light. Joshy is very strong in his ideas and this can often seem annoying and hard to manage.
His weakness is his attitude towards food and mess. Joshy hates food generally. He won't eat very well, won't try new things and doesn't enjoy chewing, swallowing or anything to do with it. For those of you that straight way think 'he will eat when he is hungry' or 'he wouldn't get away with it in my house' I would be interested in your opinions and ideas to help us remedy this. For hours he will hold food in his mouth, for days he won't eat until we eventually give in with worry.he hates fast food and could happily skip treats of any kind if it meant he didn't have to eat anything.
Food is a huge thing as it rolls into everything else. If he ate then we would pretty much have no tantrums really. But I guess that's just his thing. We have not had any other issues really. He is a bright, clever and lovely boy.
His favourite things are golf and squizzle. Watch tree fu Tom to discover that. He is currently obsessed with postman pat and toilet duck ha ha. Yes,toilet duck! He likes our loo to be clean and fresh apparently ;) he likes to hide in the bath whilst playing hide and seek...every time!
Joshua is a great brother. He adores Sam and Sam adores him. They get on so well. Joshy likes to teach Sam signs and talk for Sam.they like to chase each other a ,lot, especially if it means they stay up later :) Joshy is great at remembering things. Seriously, he remembered everything. And I love it. It makes teaching so much easier .
Joshy loves all our family being together. He likes parks and swimming and reading and had his first trip to the cinema which he now loves! He enjoys wearing his willies and splashing...eventually,it took a while :) he loves mummy dates and having one on one time. Overall,we just adore him and are so grateful we have him!

You probably have tried this, but with a child that likes to learn and understand the world I think talking about our bodies and how they need certain types of food to stay healthy, keep us happy and grow may help him to want to eat food. Also, giving choices of what to eat and how much helps with mine.
I obviously meant wellies not willies ha
