Home time!

Holidays are expensive. Or at least people try to make them be expensive.  We can't afford the luxuries that are advertised and so it's often the case where we have to think on on feet and try a little harder. Last summer I invested in face paints and a whole heap of craft stuff. We've been working our way through them and having lots of fun. 

Is he not the cutest spider man ever?! 

Joshy wasn't keen on bing painted but was happy to paint me and pamper me.

This is one of my faves... They made me grey then soaked me whilst doing my hair in the barbers apparently. 

The concentration on Samuels face was just adorable! 

Another day we made a 'mini Joshy'... Although it was actually the same size as him as we drew around him 😄

Next we did collage on him to make him look like link from zelda! Obviously! 

They loved this and stuck with it got way longer than I thought they would. 

We've also played a lots of sword fighting, wrestling, hide and seek, eye spy, and countless other made up games.
