I have been putting off this post for a while now. Mainly becasue i was scared things would go wrong again. But also because it hasnt felt real until this week. But now it finally does and Im getting really excited. We are having another baby and Im hoping that it is every bit as lovely and wonderful and Joshy is!
This is the babe at 9 weeks...actually looks like a baby, i cant elieve it!
Where as the following one reminds me a little of a death eater from Harry Potter! This was the 12 week scan! Still...I was so relieved to see it wiggling around(although it had to be pointed out several times ha ha)
So...on tuesday I had a midwife appointment and we got to hear the heart beat. Totally amazing how much a little beating heart can brighten your day! It was so lovely! Im being referred to...someone....for help with lots of pain in my knees and some joints. Any advice on that anyone??? Our due date is February 9th, just after our anniversary and before St Valentines. Its a baby full of love for sure!!
Off the subject of the bean and onto Joshua, he is just totally adorable. He is at the age that I have decided is my favorite so far. He is learning to talk and understands what we say and has preferences for favorite things and has friends and is just full of beans! Adorable! He is polite, he blows his nose, says 'wowwy' (sorry) if he hurts you by accident, has please and thank you down and has learnt to cough with his hand over his mouth. Amazing! His language still needs to come on a bit but im so pleased that he is finally trying to talk. He has a lot of signs and he has learnt that pointing at things help things move a bit easier :) The boy loves to spin round and round, read a variety of stories constantly and is obsessed with donkeys! He has welcomed the world of chocolate buttons into his life and he loves spagettie carbonara. oh...and cherrios and shreddies as snacks. He is just adorable! I know i know, im bias but he is the best EVER!!!
Take a look at him...this is the first time i taught him how to blow bubbles in water...he managed not to suck once. Ignore my silly voice...it always sounds worse on video...i hope thats true anyway!
Who can fault that smile!! Life is good! we are all good and happy and I feel so blessed to have my family... and to have it growing!!

Congratulations! Exciting news! Hope you're well xx
So happy for you. Pregnancy is a pain (in my rather educated opinion at the moment) but being a mom is worth it--most of the time! Good luck Peanut!
