Happy April...

Hello again. We're back with just a few words and a few more pics just to fill you in on whats been happening! But firstly, HAPPY EASTER! We've had a lovely time just spending time together as a family. Joshua had his first Easter egg hunt with David (although they were paper eggs and he just proceeded to eat his way through them) and we tried helping him decorate a boiled egg. I know, I know, bit creative for a 4.5 month old to do but David and I had fun doing it. Thse pics are to come at a later date as we didn't have our camera so borrowed a friends :)

We also went on a walk on Good friday with some members of our church here. As normal on a bnk holiday in England it rained...nope...POURED the whole journey. However. the mood was somewhat lightened by the sight of David slipping down a muddy hill whilst trying to rescue (strong word to use really but he says it like that) someone else's baby :) VERY amusing as he calls out 'help...help me...HEEELPPPP'. Ha ha.
So here is our little family...but before you say it, Joshua pretty much ALWAYS looks this grumpy and so don't think he was sad or anything. He was actually loving being in the sling that way and exploring the branches that were slapping him in the face :)
We've also been trying to encourage Joshua to be on his tummy a little more...He's getting poretty good we thing...although in this position he likes to drool a lot...GROSS!
I cannot believe how big he is getting already. It was all happening too fast and so we decided to pause a moment and go get his hands and feet...well sculptured i guess.
It was lots of fun although Joshua smelt (is that a word) like peppermint for days afterwards.
The end result was fantastic and we are soooo glad we did it when we did as he has grown so much already.
We also decided to take him to have his photo's done...very cheap too (£7.50) :) This is a photo of a photo's but we are pretty pleased with the result.
not the best to see on here but it is much better in real life :)
Anyway, we're off out to play with friends so i'll update again soon :)

You're lucky to get the hand-print; I tried twice with my little babydoll and all she did was squish the plaster in her fist. Cutie Kiddie.
